In this activity, a group of children worked together to build an obstacle course. This obstacle course used exercise equipment such as: 

  • Rubber bands

  • Skipping ropes

  • Steps 

  • Risers

  • Ladders

  • Hoola hoops

  • Tunnel 

  • Mats for rolling on 

  • Colouring dots to jump on

  • Cones 

Once they built the course in the shape of a rectangle, they ran through it as music played in the background.
