How is it made?
Three plastic buckets, all of the same size, are attached to an outdoor fence. The buckets are attched with zip ties. The zip ties are looped through two holes made in the back of the bucket and then looped through the fence.
The bottom of one bucket was cut out and placed in the middle of the two closed bottom buckets.
