1. Annotated Read-Aloud Lesson Plan

This lesson plan displays consideration, adaptation, and differentiation for all learners. The lesson plan, and the book itself, make connections to each child's personal experience which makes the learning experience unique to each of them.

2. Compare and Contrast 

This lesson plan is focused around comparing two different versions of the gingerbread folktale and getting students to work with Venn diagrams to compare and contrast elements that are the same and different.

3. Needs & Wants

This is a grade 1 social studies lesson plan about needs and wants. The purpose of this lesson is for studnets to begin understanding that different people have different needs. In the lesson plan you will see a gradual release of responsibility from whole class work, to small group work, and to individual exit slip assessments.
